The emphasis of my academic career is on making active contributions towards the healthy growth of research, education and practice of Geotechnical Engineering. My commitment is to connect academia and state-of-the-art practice of geotechnical engineering through – refinement of existing knowledge and development of new expertise and knowledge on sustainable geotechnics. My recent research focus is on modeling and analysis of problems pertaining to energy geotechnology and classical geomechanics. In general, I am intrigued with any challenging problems pertaining to foundations and other geostructures and their interactions with ground.
